岗位职责: 1. Identify hiring requirements to ensure the requests are fit for organization and business development; 分析招聘需求展开招聘以满足公司事业发展对人才的需求;
1.1Explore and optimize multi-channel recruitment resources (newspaperswebsiteheadhunterschoolslabor market etc.) for different levels of positions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity 根据不同水平的职位要求,拓展并优化多渠道招聘资源(报纸,网络,猎头,学校,人力市场等)以确保招聘的有效性和及时性 1.2Provide full recruiting service including sourcing and screening candidates interviewing and assessing candidates completing job folder and applicant flow log and offer negotiation etc 提供招聘支持,包括候选人简历的筛选和收集,面试及评估,岗位申请流程及相关资料的管理,提供Offer等 1.3Ensure the selection interview new employment activities are coordinated and well arranged in a professional way and follow the company recruitment procedure 根据公司的招聘流程,确保筛选,面试,新员工入职各环节的合理安排 1.4Ensure the employment procedure in compliance with state and local government requirement as well as companys HR policy and procedures 确保招聘符合当地法律法规及公司HR政策及流程 1.5Establish and smooth recruitment procedures and selecting system such as test and interview to make recruitment process effective and efficient 使招聘及简历筛选制度化,比如笔试,面试,以确保招聘的有效性和及时性 1.6Provide recruitment status reports timely and effectively to HR Manager based On the comprehensive analysis 分析招聘数据,及时有效的提供招聘报告给HR经理 2. Assist HRM in talent management such as talent review succession planning etc; 协助人力资源部门经理进行人才的管理,比如人才回顾,人才继位计划等;
3. Be responsible for resignation management such as exit interview resignation analysis etc. so that feedback can be provided to management for improvement.. Provide registration service to new employee; 对员工进行离职面谈,并进行分析,以有助于提升管理;
4. Support HR whole team to complete tasks including ER CB Training Performance etc; 协助HR团队的整体工作,包括ERCB培训,绩效等;
5. Manage o-chart and JD pool; 组织框架图的管理及岗位说明书的管理;
6. Other tasks assigned by Manager. 其它安排的任务。 任职资格: 1. Bachelor degree and above with minimum 4 years practical experiences in recruitment function of MNC major in Human Resources or Psychology is a plus; 本科及以上学历,4年以上实际制造型企业招聘经验,人力资源及心理学相关专业优先考虑;
2. Good interview skill and strong learning ability; 良好的学习能力及面试技巧;
3. Excellent communication skill ; 优秀的沟通能力;
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint); 良好的办公软件应用能力(Outlook Excel Word PPT);
5. Mature Self-motivated enthusiasm resilient and can working independently under pressures; 成熟,积极主动有激情,应变能力强能承受高压工作;
6. Good interpersonal skill and a good team player. 良好的人际交流技巧及团队合作精神。 7、Fluent in English listening speaking reading and writing CET6 above; 英文听说读写流利,CET-6以上;
