岗位职责： 1. Manage the new projects from kick off meeting to Mass production. 负责公司新产品的设计开发，试产，跟进到量产稳定。 2. Design and Develop new Mechanical products lead-in mass production and manage RD related documentations 设计和开发新产品结构、量产导入，以及研发文档的管理。 3. Support production line for mass production released project. 支持生产线量产项目的实施。 4. Support UK marketing and sales or the project extra instruction. 给予英国总部及其他项目指导。 5. Review the delivery of engineers design provide suggestion Ｏn optimize and cost down. 审核工艺设计，对优化和降低成本提供建议。 任职资格： 1. Major in mechanical and electromechanical with undergraduate. 机械及机电专业，本科学历。 2. Familiar to the New product development process. 熟悉新产品开发流程。 3. With good cooperation and communication across function. 具有良好的沟通协调能力。 4. With more than 5 years RD working experience. 具有5年以上电工或电气产品研发工作经验。 5. Be good at English reading and writing. Preferred with fluent oral English. 具有良好的英语读写能力，口语流利者优先 6. With the ability to bear work pressure. 能承受一定工作压力。
