岗位职责： 1.Setup and optimize all production related processes and procedures with lean production thinking; 以精益生产为前提，建立和优化所有的生产相关的过程和流程；
2.Production team management basing Ｏn defined production goal and target oversee the day-to-day production activities and drive the whole production team to achieve the targets; 通过设定目标来管理生产团队，并监督日常生产活动，推动整个生产团队实现目标；
3.Supply high quality products Ｏn time at a possibly lowest cost; 及时提供高质量、低成本的产品；
4.Workshop employee management: Selecting managing assessing training and promoting employees to ensure long-term success with motivated employees 车间人员管理：人员挑选，管理，培训评估和员工晋升；
通过激励确保长期的成功；
5.Actively drive the production team Ｏn continues improvement Ｏn product quality manufacturing cost and production efficiency 积极推进连续改善，确保产品的质量，制造成本和生产效率；
6.Process control (SOP trouble shooting new products transformation process continuously improvement etc) with lean production thinking; 精益过程控制（SOP，问题解决，新品导入和过程持续改善等）；
7.Other things assigned by company. 公司指派的其他任务。 任职资格： 1.Bachelors degree or above major in production management management science and engineering or industrial engineering is preferred; 本科及以上学历，生产管理、管理科学与工程或工业工程等专业优先; 2.With minimum 3 years lean production experience; 至少3年精益生产管理经验; 3.Wall socket and LED flood light related work experience is preferred. 有开关或LED灯具行业生产管理经验者优先; 4.Cross function communication skill and teamwork skill; 跨部门沟通技巧和团队合作技能; 5.Fluent English by Oral and Written is preferred; 流利的英语读写能力优先 6.Positive and optimistic 积极乐观
